Directions from Entebbe with MV Brovad to Ssese Islands

Option 1

Getting to Brovad Sands just got easier with the introduction of the New MV-Brovad, that departs from the Water front Beach Entebbe at 4pm on Friday and only takes One hour,15 minutes to dock at Brovad Sands Lodge in Ssese Islands. It departs Brovad Sands Lodge at 2pm on Sunday .
Price : Ugx. 100,000 per person return

Option 2:

MV Vanessa which departs Nakiwogo Entebbe daily at 12 noon and return at 9am everyday from Kalangala . Except for Wednesday and Saturday. MV Vanessa costs 70, 000 per person return during weekdays and 100,000 per person on weekends.

Option 3:

From Entebbe International Airport or Kampala, take a taxi to Nakiwogo landing site and there you will find the Ferry that heads to the Ssese Islands. Please note the ferry at Entebbe departs at 2 pm daily. Once on the Ssese islands , take the road that heads to Kalangala town and once at the Golf Course take the right turn following the Brovad Sands Lodge signposts. The lodge is exactly another 1 km ahead at the very end of the stretch.
